Duncan Cartlidge
The European Procurement Group Founded in 1996 the EPG's mission is to provide advice and guidance on construction procurement issues to both the public and private sectors. Current work and research is concentrated on PPP / PFI in the UK health sector. A new PPP / PFI publication is planned for 2006. It will be a review of the first ten years of Public Private Partnerships in the UK and will also include a review of the world wide adoption of Public Private Partnerships in all its forms.
